I have been the Lead e-learning Designer and pioneered educational solutions for the country's leading companies. I led the interactive catalog project (HTML-based) so that Eczacıbaşı employees could manage their L&D processes efficiently. I designed interactive training documents where the Arçelik management team can get detailed information about their HR orientation program. I carried out projects to produce multiple green box video-based trainings and convert them into training packages per the SCORM standard for numerous leading companies in the sector, including Allianz, Eczacıbaşı, Arçelik, Eti, Turkcell, and Garanti BBVA.
